Electrical work planned
around your business.

CRS works with businesses, fit-out contractors, property managers and facilities teams on commercial electrical installations and refurbishments. Based in Great Yarmouth, we support projects in Norwich and across Norfolk, Suffolk and the wider East Anglia area.

We start by understanding how your premises operate, what needs to change and where your business may grow. Office electrical refits are a core service, bringing strip-out, containment, lighting, power and data together in one coordinated scope.

Keeping your business
moving during the work.

Occupied premises need a considered programme. We discuss essential supplies, access, staff movements and the work that needs isolating, then plan an approach with your team.

Where practical, we can phase the installation and arrange work outside office hours, subject to availability, to help reduce disruption.

Commercial experience and client confidentiality

Our commercial experience includes office refurbishments, full restaurant electrical fit-outs, retail premises, lighting upgrades and car park lighting.

We have completed evening lighting upgrades across approximately 25 pharmacy premises. Client names and identifying project details are kept confidential.

How we plan for your business’s future

Before deciding the layout, we ask about staffing, equipment, working patterns and likely changes to the building. This helps us identify practical options for future expansion: accessible containment, sensible spare space, flexible outlets and lighting that suits a changing workspace.

We explain the costs and limitations of these options. Spare ways in a distribution board do not automatically provide spare electrical supply capacity; both the internal installation and incoming supply need consideration. Future-proofing is planned around your needs, rather than adding equipment without a purpose.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you work directly for businesses as well as contractors?

Yes. We can discuss work directly with business owners and facilities teams or coordinate an electrical package with a main contractor or fit-out team. The scope, access and responsibilities are agreed before work starts.

Can you combine several commercial services in one project?

Yes. Office refurbishment work often combines strip-out, new containment, power distribution, floor sockets, data and lighting. We coordinate these around the layout and equipment requirements.

Do you cover Norwich even though you are based in Great Yarmouth?

Yes. We welcome commercial projects in Norwich and across Norfolk, with work elsewhere in East Anglia agreed around the scope and availability.

Can you work outside normal office hours?

Yes, by arrangement and subject to availability. We discuss operational requirements and necessary shutdowns before agreeing the programme.
