CRS fleet · composite imagePlan the physical network around your business
A well-organised physical network starts with an agreed outlet and equipment plan. CRS installs cabling infrastructure for offices and commercial premises, coordinated with your IT provider and the wider electrical installation.
CRS installs the cabling infrastructure that connects workstations, network cabinets and agreed equipment positions. We discuss your layout and work with your IT provider to define the installation scope.
Network configuration and specialist IT services are clarified separately.
What we can do for your premises.
Cat6 and Cat6A cabling
Cable selection depends on the specification, route, environment and intended equipment. We install Cat6 and Cat6A systems where specified, coordinating outlet locations with desks, floor boxes and dado trunking.
Cable category alone is not a promise of network speed.
Fibre links
Fibre can connect cabinets or buildings where suitable. Routes, protection, termination requirements and the equipment at each end are agreed with the relevant specialists.
Cabinets and patch panels
We install suitable wall-mounted or floor-standing cabinets, patch panels and organised cable arrangements. Space, access and anticipated additions are considered before choosing positions.
Clear labelling helps your IT team identify outlets and maintain the installation.
Wi-Fi installation support
We can install cabling and agreed access-point positions alongside your IT provider. Coverage planning, configuration, internet service and subscriptions depend on the agreed scope.
A physical installation does not by itself guarantee wireless coverage throughout a building.
Coordinated power and data
Power and data routes need planning together. We consider suitable separation, containment capacity and how connections reach each workspace.
Accessible routes and sensible spare capacity can help with later changes.
Functional testing
We carry out agreed functional checks to establish that installed connections and equipment operate as intended within our scope.
Formal cable-performance certification is not included in our standard service. If your specification requires certified test results, that requirement must be identified before quotation and an appropriate testing arrangement agreed.
Installation in occupied premises
We coordinate access and service interruptions with your team. Evening or other out-of-hours work may be arranged subject to availability.
Handover
Outlet identification, agreed records and functional-check information support the handover. Your IT provider remains responsible for configuration and services outside our agreed work.
Agreeing responsibilities with your IT team
We discuss cabinet locations, outlet quantities, labelling, access-point positions and equipment interfaces before installation. Your IT provider can specify the intended network arrangement and clarify switches, internet service, configuration and any specialist testing requirements.
Planning changes and additional connections
We consider available containment space and access where future outlets may be needed. Clear labelling and organised patching help your team understand the installation after handover. Equipment compatibility and future network performance remain dependent on the complete system, rather than the cable category alone.

Frequently asked questions.
Do you provide formal data cable certification?
Our standard service provides agreed functional checks. We do not include formal cable-performance certification. If certified results are required by your specification, identify that requirement before quotation so a suitable arrangement can be agreed.
Can you install fibre and Wi-Fi cabling?
Yes, within an agreed scope. Routes, termination requirements, access-point positions and equipment interfaces are coordinated with your IT provider.
Does Cat6A guarantee our network speed?
No. Overall performance depends on the complete network and equipment. Cable selection is agreed against the specification and installation requirements.
