Maintenance around your premises

Commercial electrical maintenance should fit the building and its operating needs. We offer planned arrangements and one-off support, with clear scope, visit arrangements and reporting.

CRS supports businesses and facilities teams with planned maintenance and one-off electrical work. Based in Great Yarmouth, we welcome enquiries from Norwich and across Norfolk.

The right scope depends on the building, equipment, operating hours and existing records.

What we can do for your premises.

Planned maintenance arrangements

We agree the work included, visit frequency, access and reporting requirements. A maintenance arrangement can cover selected checks and tasks suited to your premises.

Repairs, replacement parts and additional works are clarified within the quotation rather than assumed to be included.

Fault finding and repairs

We investigate reported electrical faults and explain the findings and recommended next steps. Access, isolation and the availability of replacement parts may affect the work.

Contact us to discuss availability. The website does not promise a 24/7 response service.

Lighting maintenance

We can maintain and replace suitable lighting equipment and advise where an LED upgrade may be more practical than repeated repairs.

Emergency lighting testing can be included in a separately agreed schedule.

Testing and inspection

Routine maintenance and a commercial EICR serve different purposes. Where a formal inspection is needed, its scope and limitations are agreed separately.

We can also quote for remedial work identified in an existing report, subject to review and any necessary site assessment.

Facilities and multiple premises

We can discuss work across more than one site, with clear instructions, access arrangements and reporting expectations.

Programme and attendance are agreed according to scope and availability.

Working around your business

Outside-office-hours visits may be arranged to help reduce disruption. We discuss essential supplies, IT equipment and occupancy before shutdowns.

Records and recommendations

We provide relevant findings and appropriate documentation for the work completed. Recommendations can help you plan future improvements or replacements.

An automated inspection reminder service has not yet been established.

Defining a maintenance arrangement

We discuss the installation, current issues, existing records and priorities with your facilities team. Visit frequency and included tasks are agreed for the premises. Fault repairs, replacement parts and additional works are identified in the scope or quoted separately.

Linking maintenance with planned improvements

Repeated faults or ageing equipment may justify a planned replacement or lighting upgrade. We explain relevant findings so you can prioritise work and arrange suitable access. Routine maintenance does not replace a formal EICR or separately required system testing.
